Upstate Nutrition Consultants provides individualized nutrition counseling services for people of all ages. Our dietitians serve not only clients who seek medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease management, but also those simply interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Many of our clients come to us directly, while others are introduced through physician referrals. In addition to partnering with physician practices, we work closely with corporations, developing wellness programs and providing counseling for employees.
