About Us

Wendy Watkins, RD, LDNGreenville, South Carolina-based Upstate Nutrition Consultants, with roots dating back to 1986, was formally established in 1999 by Founder and President — Wendy Watkins, RD, LDN. Following 20 years as a practicing Registered Dietitian for various healthcare-related organizations, Watkins’ passion for nutrition — and the elderly — led her to start a consulting business specializing in long-term care.

Upstate Nutrition Consultants operates primarily throughout the Carolinas and Georgia, and has a particularly strong presence in Upstate South Carolina.

Victoria Greenwood, CDM, CFPP, DTR, serves as Director of Training and Quality Assurance. In this role, Greenwood works closely with dietary department employees at long-term care facilities and assisted-living communities — to help meet owner expectations for achieving the highest standards in resident care.
